Very professional and listened to what my ideas were and acted upon them. I found everyone attentive. I was expected and greeted by my name before I gave it, and that made me feel special. All the documentation was printed and explained. I was only notified when there was a genuine party and not contacted when people were looking which was great for me as the seller.
