Very professional and listened to what my ideas were and acted upon them. I found everyone attentive. I was expected and greeted by my name before I gave it, and that made me feel special. All the documentation was printed and explained. I was only notified when there was a genuine party and not contacted when people were looking which was great for me as the seller. John and others looked neat and tidy and the office was clean and glistening. It was a pleasure to do business with the office.

Jonathan and his assistant Penny were a fantastic team. He had so much local knowledge and as new buyers assisted us through the legal paperwork process. He was patient and happy to find out any information on the property we required. He allowed us access to have quotes on some work we wanted done and was always happy to fit in with our time slots. John was very transparent and easy to work with and had clear, responsive communications. Prior to contract signing he provided detailed and useful information and was easy to work with to bring us through the offer process. We are a more complicated client because we are purchasing from the USA without seeing the apartment ourselves. John arranged extra inspections and provided recommendations for the extra help we needed that we were happy with. After signing the contract of sale, we had some delays related to the international document exchanges etc (nothing to do with John), and he was a calming presence who did a great job of working through these obstacles on both the buyer (abroad) and seller side (non-English speaking owners) with ease and professionalism. Plenty of scope to get things wrong in this situation, but John calmly kept it on the rails and stuck the landing and everyone came away happy and without any sense of drama. This could have been a different outcome had John not been trusted by all parties, so this was a huge value add and speaks to his communication and inter-personal skills. Seeing how he operated from the buyers side, I would also feel just as comfortable contracting him on the seller's side, he's a straight shooter who focusses on bringing together the parties to a fair result and no surprises. 5 stars.
