My experience selling with Johnathan was fantastic. I've bought and sold a lot of property over the years and the process this time was by far and away the best yet. After getting market opinions from several other agents, Johnathan was like a breath of fresh air. There was none of that slick car salesman type of vibe you often get with real estate agents. He came across as a genuine guy and my subsequent dealings with him have confirmed that first impression. He didn't over promise and then under deliver. He told me what price he thought we could reasonably expect and the best way to proceed. Throughout the process Johnathan was always professional. He was very attentive and answered any questions I had promptly no matter how trivial. In the end Johnathan achieved a sale price 61k over our expectations. I think its partly because buyers would also appreciate his genuine professional manner.
