We purchased a property through Darrell just this week which had a lot of interest. It was initially for auction but we negotiated a successful offer prior to the auction. Darrell was friendly and honest in all our dealings with him. He presented well at the open homes we attended. I overheard him dealing with other potential buyers at the open homes, many young and inexperienced, and he was very good with them too. He was patient when giving us extra time to view the property and in answering questions, and always responded to our many messages and calls quickly. He always treated us respectfully, which, as purchasers, we did NOT experience with all other agents we met during our property search.

I think it is safe to say that Darrell was the deciding factor for me when deciding to purchase my property. I had been in the market for a while and had encountered numerous agents across many different properties. The research to find a selling agent was thorough on my part. I chose Jonathan from Belle to sell my house as I was instantly at ease from our first conversation. When we were negotiating in the initial stages Jonathan said he knew buyers in the area who are looking for a house like mine, I thought this was “realestate talk”, but it turned out to be true. My house sold without an official open house ! This shows an agent who has established relationships with potential buyers and knows what they are looking for. As a vendor selling a tenanted property from another state I wanted an agent who was able to maximise my sale price, whilst ensuring minimal disruption for my tenants and Jonathan was able to achieve that with ease.
