We have recently sold our house at Greenslopes with Jonathan Harper-Hill of Belle Property Coorparoo. We consulted several agents before selecting Jonathan. He gave us plenty of time to sit down and discuss the preferred path for selling the property. Jonathan is such a friendly, calm and pleasant person and has an impressive knowledge of the local property market. We never felt pressured in any way and we are so happy to have chosen Jonathan as our agent. He gave us excellent choices for preparing the property for sale and we are very happy with people he recommended to carry out the preparatory works. Jonathan's marketing of the property was outstanding. We were so impressed with the time he put into providing us with feedback from enquiries and open houses. He was always patient and willing to listen and help us in any way. He has unbelievable energy. The house was sold very quickly and Jonathan was able to negotiate a price with which we were extremely happy. I bought my property off Jonathan over 4 years ago, and sold it with him a month ago. Jonathan isn’t just a real estate agent. He’s a genuine, honest, fair person and a mate. In my time buying properties I’d worked with over a dozen agents and none were that. He communicates, he informs you, him and his team work with you and are ready to help at any time. It almost appears as if they find more hours in the day. I ring Jonathan about topics unrelated to my house sale (but property matters) and he’s happy to help. I will always recommend Jonathan and his team and every chance I get I will use them again. I couldn’t be happier with their service, and to me a service I had thought had vanished from the realestate profession. It’s a reassuring comfort to have Jonathan looking after your property needs.

From the outset, I was impressed by Jonathan and Sarah's professional approach and promptness in returning calls and providing all the relevant information I needed to assist in the buying decision. They made themselves available at short notice on each request I made. As a buyer, you are always aware that the agent is acting first and foremost for the seller, however in this instance, I felt well informed without pressure from the agent to close the sale. I would certainly use their services in the future - for both buying and selling property.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan Harper-Hill both as a buyer and a seller for over 10 years. I was impressed by his honest and transparent approach in the first instance and subsequently his diligent follow-up. During the recent sale of my unit both Jonathan and his staff have been extremely honest in their approach, efficient with great attention to detail and have provided excellent advice, leading to a successful outcome. There has never been any instance in all my dealings with Jonathan where I was less than confident that he had my best interests at heart, whether buying or selling through him. This the most trustworthy and reliable real estate partner in my experience and I would not look elsewhere were I to need these services again.
