He is very polite and pleasant to talk to, offered excellent advice about how I should prepare the property for sale and then sold the property at a price that was more than I expected and up to $30,000 more than a number of other agents indicated I would get for it. Jonathan provided me with updates regularly on progress of the sale and the property sold in a reasonable time. Overall, I was very happy with the result and with Jonathan's professionalism.
