We are over the moon with the result Melinda achieved for our investment property. We live in NSW so finding an agent that we trusted was essential. I have also learned (the hard way) that first impressions are extremely important in Real Estate. Melinda from the get go had more energy, enthusiasm, market knowledge combined with exceptional communication skills than all other agents we considered. Melinda considered our needs carefully whilst her advice was exceptionally well measured, exuding a confidence gained from deep experience in the Shailer Park market and real estate sales more broadly. Melinda and Luisa managed a minor renovation of our investment property that maximised its sales potential, the return on our investment here was far greater than we honestly expected. We were told to expect a sale following the first home open. I took this with a pinch of salt based on my previous experience selling homes with different agents in other areas. Our house was indeed sold after 6 days on the market and just one home open, selling for $200k above our guide.
