I would recommend Paul to anyone buying or selling in Darwin. We have worked with agents in Sydney, Canberra and Darwin and there were some very good agents but Paul was the best agent. He had the added challenge of working with us while we lived in Sydney and also while we were overseas. Paul treated the property as his own - he organised styling, cleaning and minor repairs in his own time. Definitely the best Darwin real estate agent.

Paul Heron is a delight to deal with, and I'm very happy that he was the agent who sold me my home. He's honest, he's ethical and he's a brilliant communicator. I was very happy with Paul and Maureen's professional and respectful approach to the sale of my house. They turned somersaults to have it listed on the market within a very short time frame, aiming for and achieving a sale just before Christmas. They took time to present the house beautifully using my own furniture and adding touches such as vases of fresh flowers cut from the garden. Paul appeared to have a good understanding of the current property market and didn't offer unrealistic expectation as to the sale price, one way or another. My impression was that Paul's honest and straightforward approach was agreeable to potential buyers, and he worked hard to achieve a good result through a competitive bidding process. I was interstate much of the time the house was on the market, during which time his communication was excellent, and I felt confident that the house was in good hands. Paul and Maureen ensured that the whole process was a lot less painful than I might have expected!
