My wife and I have had a very positive experience with Angela. She has a wonderful, honest, warm personality and was genuinely interested in helping us with our property purchase. She is a terrific communicator, was prompt and efficient in her replies and handled the sale process superbly. For example, she assisted us with our pre-purchase inspection, providing a range of contacts to undertake the job and granting site access in a timely fashion. Liaising with her to coordinate the inspection could not have been easier. This was critical as it enabled us to submit a bid with knowledge of the property we intended to purchase. Ange managed the recent sale of our house very efficiently and kept us up to date throughout. Her acumen for timing of action is excellent and was a key to building interest, getting the price we wanted and working with the tenants availability. She did a thorough tour during the marketing set up and always complimented our home to us so we knew that she understood its features and would convey those selling points to potential buyers. The only thing I was surprised about was her low initial valuation of the property - nonetheless, she willingly marketed on the price we decided on and we did not have to compromise.
