Good process initially
We purchased land within a subdivision that wasn’t complete at the time of sale. We were assured that settlement would proceed within 90 days. However, it was over 7 months before the property finally settled leaving us to wonder if it may have been prudent to delay marketing it until the subdivision process was more advanced. We felt unsupported after signing the contract of sale. We felt that it was up to us to initiate contact to enquire about the process rather than the agent working to keep us informed.

Very helpful and knowledgeable
Annette was always on hand to help us through the purchasing phase. She arranged a Zoom viewing of the property due to lockdown restrictions and would phone us within a short period to respond to any queries we might have. Annette went over and above to assist us with a delivery to the property after settlement.
