It's true you can't beat local knowledge when it comes to real estate. Ange is a local - born and educated here - and she has the knowledge of rural properties, zoning, Council planning and customer demographics which you can't get from a spreadsheet. Certainly when buying or selling a rural block; in my case, selling an RLZ 5 acre block, Ange's local knowledge would be hard to beat. Planning issues can often be a sticking point when buying and selling rural property and Ange's long experience dealing with the Shire's often frustrating Planning Dept. is a big plus. As a "city slicker" myself, Ange's down to earth common sense and professionalism is a refreshing point of difference to the barrage of hype and real estate jargon that are all too common.
