Brendan Pomponio and his team at Belle Property provided an excellent service in the recent sale of our house. Brendan was always available to talk and was a great negotiator in finalizing our sale. The whole team made the sale so easy and solved any minor issues and were readily available to chat at any time We would also like to mention Ryan Braun was present at every open and was great in all aspects of achieving our sale price. I would highly recommend Brendan Pomponio and his team for anyone selling their house. Brendan had excellent local knowledge and fabulous sales experience 10/10

Unimaginably Satisfying
Nick is surrounded by very professional people around him. Special shout out to Luke and Elise who were always available to answer any questions. Given we were not based in Sydney, we didn’t think we would have a very good experience, but Nick and his team proved it otherwise. Nothing was ever a problem for them - they know the market really well. Highly recommend Nick and his team from Belle Northern Beaches for all thing real estate.

Amazing professionalism and support from Nick and the Belle team
Nick and his team were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and generous with their time in helping us to find our first home. After looking for some time, we had become unsure whether we were ever going to find the right home. But in the end with the support of Nick and his team we managed to get into a home that we never thought imaginable and now couldn't be happier.

From the moment I met Nick, I knew he would be the right choice in a real estate agent to sell my family home. At the beginning I was so nervous and stressed but Nick made the entire process not only stress-free but enjoyable. Wouldn’t go with anyone else!
Nick and Robert recently sold our property in North Curl Curl. From the first time we met them we knew they were the agents for us. They were professional, personable and had our best interests at heart. They were so timely with their communication and feedback after inspections and throughout the entire campaign. Brendan is an exceptional agent. Not only where his communication and organisational skills excellent with us, he made sure our tenants were always kept in the loop throughout the entire process. We were also impressed how he effortlessly took care of all the jobs required to prepare the home ready for sale. Best agent I have come across
We sold during the first Covid panic & Nick handled the process superbly. I have dealt with quite a few real estate agents in my life & I believe Nick is the best agent I have come across. I am extremely glad he handled my sale. His years of experience as an agent have honed his innate ability to get the best possible outcome for the seller in terms of price & closing the sale.
