We first came across Nick when we were looking to buy. Such a genuine guy who absolutely loves and breathes his job. We easily agreed to select him and his team with full reassurance and confidence in them. They are a very organized and happy team who are great at keeping you in the know about anything. Cheers and we would definitely choose you again đź‘Ś

We thoroughly enjoyed having Nick Duchatel guide us through the process from start to finish, right up until the auction day. We found him to be very friendly, honest, helpful and prompt in all matters regarding the purchase of our new home, even giving us tips on how to bid at auction on the day. Nick and his team were absolutely awesome and we can't recommend them enough.

From the initial discussion with Nick we knew Nick and his team were the ones to sell our property. The team understood the area, they understood the market. Communication between the team and us was excellent. We were always in the loop and the weekly email updates confirmed our daily discussions. The assistance from a stylist to help in presentation was great, she was hands on, not just advice. The photography team were great having to do several shoots. Nick and his team were so helpful and had the contacts so when the house went on the market everything was in place. The negotiation and feed back at the sale was like nothing else. During the whole process Nick and his team were always available. Nick with his team took ownership of their task. We even saw Nick at 5-45am for a sunrise photoshoot. We would highly recommend Nick and his team if you have a property for sale in the Dee Why / Cromer areas.

We can highly recommend Nick and his team - Corie, Mark and Jodie. We approached Belle Property after a less than happy experience with another agent. The difference in both application and attitude was amazing. Communication about every aspect of the sale was discussed with us, and sound advice given. This attention continued throughout the selling process. We particularly appreciated the fact that all members of the team were available at all times, either by phone, email or in person. Nick and his team genuinely love the work they do and this allows a client to feel confident of a good outcome. Sheila and Tony

What else can we say other than Team Duchatel are the best out there! Nick and his team sold our house 2 weeks ago and we couldn’t find anything we liked on the market. He had 37 Lynwood Avenue coming on the market and managed to get us through before it was advertised to the public. His communication and follow up was second to none and we signed contracts 48 hours later. Nick also organised both settlements to happen on the same day. We are now prepared for a seamless transition thanks to Nick and his team. They are truely brilliant!

From the very beginning when we met Nick at an open team, he went above and beyond to deliver outstanding service matched with outstanding results. After a failed campaign with a local agent, we asked Nick to come and take a look at our place even though it was not his core area. He happily agreed and gave us some fantastic advice even if we weren't to proceed with him. Signing up with Nick and his team was the best decision we could have made on our selling journey as not only was he able to achieve a price we didn't think we would get, he did it after only 2 open weekends and well before the scheduled auction.

Under changing market conditions with markedly reduced buying interest Nick and his team performed in a very creative and professional manner. Nick's market knowledge of the area is second to none and he, and his team, backed this up with effective communication, an effective marketing campaign and a relentless selling effort. The property sold for a price that I was happy with and enables our family to move on to a new and exciting future.

From the moment I met Nick and his team I felt "this is a competent and ethical outfit". Nick seems to know and understand his market, knows how to deal with people, and realises how important it is to be honest and ethical. Whether a buyer or a seller I would recommend "speak to Team Nick Duchatel"
