They are credible and professional team with an authentic style which is nice to see We went with him because his style was different to other agents we had met. He duly delivered a great result. Nick and team were great to work with: - open and honest style meant we were kept informed throughout the process with tailored reports so were enabled to make decisions knowing we would be supported either way - meticulous and organised - everything was run smoothly and pro-actively so we did not need to worry about the process. Prospective buyers were kept informed on the process through to auction - great team around him in Corey and Jody, as well as excellent referrals to broker, solicitor and interior stylist. They all went the extra mile to ensure the process was a good experience - Nick's auctioneer is great and a commanding presence at auction - commitment throughout the process - eg 3 people at the open home meant more insight into prospective buyers, nick attended the photo shoot to ensure the best marketing shots were captured - great market knowledge of properties and buyers. The property sold at auction and we were very pleased with the price achieved. I cannot speak highly enough of Brendan and Kirsten. They were professional at all times, knowledgeable and diligent and a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond anything I have ever struck in a real estate agent before. I could not have been happier with the service they provided. Brendan even arranged (and attended) a second sunrise photo shoot because he was not happy with the first one.
