As my wife and I are from Queensland, having to sell my parents home in Victoria was difficult because we did not know the Victorian market at all. Being so far away we were unable to arrange for the cleaning of the house to make it ready for sale. Phil's knowledge of the market was spot on and his advice was excellent. As a result we sold on the first open house for an excellent price. Phil also organised all the cleaning of the house for us.
