We were introduced to Grant Mcconnel as a trusted real estate agent to sell our family home. Grant initially gave us a briefing on the local market, displaying examples of recent sales, this gave us a clear understanding of where our property compared to recent sales. Grant then introduced us to Jarrod Eastwood his sales consultant. Jarrod presented well, gave us feedback, positive or otherwise from his conversations with possible buyers. Jarrod identified the people he thought most likely to bid on the property and he was accurate in his assessment. On the day of the auction, conducted by Grant he displayed professionalism, outlined his opinions of the property and the market and then proceeded to auction the property in a timely manner.
