Najee was excellent to deal with. His level of service was high and follow up excellent. With previous experiences and another agents, I felt we were getting pushed along but not all our questions properly answered just to get a sale. With Najee we felt like he gave us the time to really look at property answered all our questions clearly so in the end we were comfortable with the decision to purchase the property, and also the day of the auction he was very helpful which helped get deal over the line. In the end whats really stands out for us is if you do what you say your going to do, you cant go wrong, and thats what we got from Najee follow up is key.

Carol was very attentive and genuine, and followed up with any queries as well as being a very professional and capable when the process wasn’t going to plan. We first met her at another property where the senior agent had not greeted or acknowledged us at all, then left, despite being the only potential buyers attending. Although that property didn’t suit us, Carol’s warm manner and open conversation made it easy to communicate what we were looking for and eased the process when we went ahead with another property.

All functions were completely promptly, as I would have expected from a professional and experienced real estate firm. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that I was a bit disappointed with what I felt was a lack of 'partnering' in the process by the agent. I have sold two other houses in the past 3 years and in those sales I felt it was more of a team approach. I had to ask Grant for some context on what was happening in the market right at the time of considering the offer (eg were the opens of other houses on the market being well attended, what was general buyer sentiment) - and I then felt he just pointed out the negatives of not taking the offer.

Steve was great with communication and following up with us throughout the buying process being transparent and clear which really helped us out during the sale. My only tip for all agents at Belle is to be more like a team. When we originally didn't think we were going to be able to purchase this property, we asked a few of the agents to let us know if there was anything else similar coming up. Most said they would but couldn't think of anything... then 3 days later we saw one come on line that was listed by Belle and ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for.
