I doubt my wife and I could possibly have chosen a worse time to have bought and sold homes as was our decision to do so in between the first and second shutdowns as a result of the Corona Virus. Talk about stressful!! However, we were fortunate to not only have a wonderful agent selling our property but we were very fortunate to be able to deal with an extremely professional, capable and under the circumstances flexible real estate agent in Grant McConnell. Grants communication during the entire buying process was nothing but first class. They say that people show their true traits during times of adversity and Grant was able to adapt to the constantly changing laws and regulations during this unprecedented period and make things work not only for the buyer but also for the Vendor. Grants follow up through the settlement period which continued to be a very stressful period with the changing regulations including final inspections etc. was amazing!! We didn’t hesitate in putting our trust in Grant to sell our home. He has achieved great results for our family members over the years.
