I met Grant on the same day after an initial phone call; we discussed the sale of the property, staging and the market in general. I signed a contract for sale that same day and an auctioned was scheduled within a couple of months. Grant provided some excellent contacts for staging the home. Unfortunately the house did not sell at auction. Nonetheless Grant persisted and managed to close a sale a couple of weeks after the auction.
