We had Grant, Phillip & Lorraine from Hockingstuart Rosebud handle the sale of our property at 25 Wilson Street, Rosebud. On the advice from Grant and the team we decided to auction after a 30 day advertising and open for inspection program. I would like to say we are very pleased with the way that Grant and his team handled all of the open for inspection days and the way they went about the advertising of the property. Also we were very pleased with the board at the front of our property. On the day of the auction the whole team performed above our expectation and we were impressed with the way Grant handled the actual auction. On this basis we would highly recommend using Hockingstuart Rosebud with the sale of any future properties.
