When looking at property to buy I always remembered Phil, though we didn't buy from him at the time. He is the perfect combination of no fuss/get the job done without all the hyperbole, and his response times via email and phone are better than anyone I've ever encountered in real estate - immediate (if not sooner!) When it came to selling property we didn't even consider anyone else, and our faith in him was rewarded. A sale prior to auction and an absolutely HUGE profit - couldn't believe it. To sum him up I guess you would have to say 'genuine' - you just know that he's decent and honest and on everyone's side, and you can rely absolutely on what he says. 10/10 Phil, and we're so very grateful!

Steve was a fabulous agent to work with from the very beginning and even up until now, a month after we have moved out of our house.
