The whole process with Hocking Stuart was highly professional. Grant was always polite and well informed. He guided us along a path to our end result which made the Herald Sun front page Real estate section for an outstanding auction outcome. I will always remember Grant for being like a dog with a bone at auction. He was just not letting go until we got the result we were seeking. Our expectations were very high. We trusted his judgement to declare our property on the market before we were happy to sell. We then listened as he expertly drew out and ultimately wrestled bidders to the ground (including a couple of savvy buyers advocates) and came away with the bone. Well done Grant and thank you.

There was a delay with the paperwork but through this process we were always aware of the progress. Phil was always available when we wanted to get in contact with him and he helped us with all questions. We would have loved the lawns to be mowed before settlement but understand some things are out of everyone's control.
