Grant is extremely knowledgeable of the area and he evaluated the property well. He organised photo's and advertising in record time. Najee Charkas took the lead on this sale and he was professional, respectful, and kept me informed at all times. Neither Grant nor Najee were pushy and they worked as a team with me which made the whole experience less painful. All of the staff I spoke with at Belle Dromana were courteous and professional. Carol Charkas, who was at some of the opens at my place was delightful to liaise with and is equally very professional. Thanks Belle Dromana, you made what I thought would be a painful experience into a very pleasant one.

Whilst always recognising that an agent works for the vendor, as a purchaser, I was impressed with Carol's professionalism. I deal with a lot of agents through my work and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was clearly keen to make a sale for the vendor but equally keen to take me seriously as a buyer. Carol genuinely looked for a workable outcome and managed to negotiate a relatively quick sale once negotiations started. Our questions were answered quickly, our offer was dealt with swiftly and the outcome worked for everyone.
