He was always available when we had questions and was friendly and helpful all the way through. Najee is a great communicator. He is very transparent and honest. Never tried to sell us on anything - he just gave us the facts we asked for. (No BS) He is very timely and makes it all come together with no hassle. This was our first home purchase and Najee made it feel as easy as if we were seasoned home buyers who had done this 10 times before.
