We would have preferred to purchase the property under normal circumstances. Due to COVID lockdown we were unable to see the property in person or meet Jarrod face -to-face. It was a slightly daunting process. Jarrod communicated well with us via SMS or phone calls throughout the purchase. We are very happy with the service he provided.
