I have never dealt with an agent like Jarrod, and wish more were like him. I have bought and sold many properties and have found agents are either for the buyer or the vendor; there is no in between or win win scenario. Jarrod was the complete opposite and a breath of fresh air. He kept regular communication with me and I knew he was working hard for the seller but he knew and fully understood my limitations, wants and concerns.
