We worked with Grant and Madison on the purchase of our new home in McCrae. Grant’s knowledge of the market and price expectations post COVID lockdown were very accurate, and had we listened to him and placed an offer during lockdown, we would have probably paid less than we did post lockdown since we got into a bidding war with another party. Lesson learned, but Grant did help us to get the house we wanted and the property owners whom he represented got a better than expected price so I’m sure they are thrilled 😁! We dealt with Madison soon after our offer was accepted, and she has been super helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with. Thank you both for a smooth transaction so far (settlement is next month).

The agent did not provide a copy of the sales contract to me for review prior to signing. He turned up on a Sunday and they don't even work on Sundays and interrupted an urgent repair job I was in the middle of. He refused to add in the special term I asked for. Who is he to demand the special term I stipulated for the sale contract terms will not be put in the contract? He is not signing his name to a legal contract. He has no right to dictate the terms of the contract because he doesn't want it on the sale. Special terms are there to protect the purchaser and he totally put me in a hugely vulnerable position legally and financially. I was not allowed to look at the contract other than the two pages that required signing. He whisked off the contract after it was signed under duress by his pressure tactics. Used car salesmen are more ethical than this behaviour. I am reporting this to the real estate agent to EARS the consumer affairs department that handles real estate agents. Very disappointing behaviour and completely unethical.

With his excellent local knowledge, Grant was the only choice in selling our property. In a difficult Covid-19 situation, Grant was not only able to adjust his stratagy from auction to private sale, he thrived on the challenge, achieving a successful outcome within 5 weeks. Regularly kept in contact with updates and reviews after every inspection. All in all, I couldn't recommend him highly enough!!

Having met this bright young Real Estate agent, it was very evident that age does not necessarily mean lack of experience. He acted quickly and accordingly, communicating with both us and the vendors. The outcome, goes without saying that Jarrod displayed initiative to reach a happy medium with us and the vendors. And although we have never met the vendors, through Jarrod as our agent, we just want to let them know how happy we are to finally have our ‘cul de sac’ by the seaside. I do trust that the property is left in excellent order and be ready for us to begin anothet phase in our lives.
