We approached Phil about a month and half ago with the intention to sell the Holiday Home in Rosebud which we owned for 45 years. Phil gave us a detailed run down of what the houses in the area were selling for and what we probably would expect to achieve at auction. Phil communicated well throughout the whole time withe open home inspection eg. how many went through and feed back. The day of the auction Phil knew it would be very emotional for the family especially for mum and handled the whole situation with ease and professional manner and achieved a great result for the family. We noted that the majority of sales in and around McCrae were handled by Hocking & Stuart, Rosebud. Local and in addition, word by mouth feedback was also positive. We also had occasion to observe Grant and his team in action, they were working the crowd as a very tight team. Grant particularly came to the fore, through managing the whole process extremely well.
