Antonio displayed an excellent knowledge of the Five Dock housing market, for both buyer and seller. This was demonstrated when determining a selling price point beyond our own expectations. And then meeting, and exceeding, this price. Antonio’s communication skills provided us with confidence and understanding, through his excellent ability to fully explain the process that we would be going through. Antonio, and his team were always timely in responding to any queries and were able to explain complex concepts in a manner that we were able to easily comprehend. Of great importance to us was Antonio’s useful suggestions to the special nuances of a sale of a deceased estate. And in this case an Estate with additional special circumstances and difficulties attached to the sale. Antonio’s high degree of professionalism and market knowledge was demonstrated when he suggested a methodology that was unusual, but provided significant additional opportunities to gain potential buyers. Antonio and the team at Belle Properties provided me with a confidence and reassurance that I was dealing with professionals that understood the difficulties attached to our sale, and at a very difficult and emotional time for our family. His service commenced prior to our formal engagement and continued through to after sale of the property.

The experience of the Belle team was of the highest quality from start to finish. Between my wife and I we have probably bought and sold perhaps 12 to 15 properties over the years, and I can say that Antonio and the team provided perhaps the best service we have ever experienced. Antonio was incredibly diligent in advising us on the status of the sale process at every step, and was thoroughly ethical and transparent at every step. We didn't get any real-estate double talk about it being a tough market - we were told the likely sale price at the outset and we got a result in that range. Antonio knew what they were doing and I got a sense that the buyers on the other side were treated with respect and honesty too, which is what I wanted.
