Jiss went above and beyond, working hard behind the scenes to sell our house in a timely fashion during a pretty bad time in the market. Jiss provided nearly daily updates without any prompting and kept us well informed of the progress of our sale and buyer interest. Jiss went out of his way to rectify small maintenance problems quickly and suitably priced. I would definitely use Jiss in the future to buy or sell.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience working with Mr. Jiss Jose from Belle Property, Maitland. We initially listed our property for sale, but due to highly challenging market conditions, we couldn't secure the offer we wanted and made the difficult decision to withdraw it from the market. While other agents would have walked away, Jiss stayed proactive. This proactive approach made all the difference. Thanks to his quick thinking and excellent strategy. His communication was brilliant throughout, and he turned what could have been a stressful wait into a huge success. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who truly goes the extra mile. Many thanks Jiss, and we really appreciate your efforts!
