Fantastic Agents!
Gen and Chris at Belle Property Frenchs Forest have provided us with the most amazing support during the process of selling Mum's home of 60 years. From the point when we first engaged with them, months before we were ready to list, they were there with extensive knowledge and advice. Their ongoing support throughout the process, from providing us with a list of trades people, through the preparation of marketing material, and of course the sale negotiations, was absolutely invaluable. I would highly recommend anyone use Belle Frenchs Forest when selling their home.

A truly professional estate agent! Genevieve and Chris helped us with the sale of our parent's home. From our initial meeting both Gen and Chris filled us with confidence about selling the home. They helped with suggestions as to getting the house prepared, including making the home more light filled. From the commencement of the campaign they didn't stop communicating with us. Once a buyer was found they still didn't stop, they made sure the sale was a smooth one by liaising with solicitors and keeping us informed. I can honestly say that the sale process with them has been the smoothest in my experience and I would highly recommend Genevieve and Chris.
