Our process started 2 years ago and had appraisal by a local who recommended us to Peter at Belle Property who we then used as our agent and helped us along with Antony to sell our Property.

Our experience in selling property with Belle has been very positive. First, in the preparation and renovation of the property, Belle staff was most helpful; then in the sales process, Michael Baker was very active in following up prospective buyers and at least once a week gave us an update on the process. Once the property was sold, Britt Draper took care of the legal aspects and brought everything to a good conclusion on settlement day. We speak highly of the staff, their personal interest and professionalism. Hendrik and Aria DeWaard

Dale Patfield was absolutely wonderful. She was an excellent communicator, willing and able to answer any questions we had and worked tirelessly to achieve a fantastic purchase for our family. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Dale in the future.

Our experience with Dale was outstanding. We really appreciated her down to earth, personable approach. She was prompt in replying to our questions and was always open and honest. Dale was also very accomodating of our requests for inspections outside of normal hours. After some mixed experiences with buying previously, we couldn't be more impressed with Belle Property. It was a truly easy and enjoyable experience.
