She took on board my opinions........for example no plastic greenery or flowers and with styling accepted a few props I had on hand. She then went out of her way to ensure the props were returned to me once the property was sold. The auction went without a hiccup and the purchaser has brought forward the settlement by a week. They understood the target market and paid attention to detail in presentation. They also took on board my particular preferences........like I have an aversion to fake plants. Their marketing campaign achieve excellent results through Domain and Real Estate. I was provided with weekly updates on the results of the advertising. James ensured at all times the advertising was factual. The auctioneer, Charlie knew his stuff and the unit was sold for a record price for the complex. All units in the complex are the same size. My property had been partially renovated but the bathroom had not been renovated.
