Attentive, patient and knowledgeable

Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and insights on property matters. He also brings an intimate knowledge of our suburb. Living overseas, Tony did a lot of extra work to help prepare the house for sale which is greatly appreciated. Importantly he was clear as to what needed to be done. Experience to leverage on!!

Karl has a massive experience especially dealing with declining and more challenging markets. He was strategic and structured with his approach with our sale. He was strongly challenged on a couple of matters and he held his ground. We followed his recommendations and it turned out his approach was correct. He also connected us with some great subcontractors who transformed the house. On the auction day, his experience was put to the test and he delivered a sale on the day with a decent price.
