My experience with the Agent was excellent...

My experience with the Agent was excellent. His knowledge, problem solving and communication skills, and general demeanor were outstanding. Although I didn't research other real estate agents, I instinctively had a good feeling during our initial conversation. I have had dealings with other agents in the past, some of which have been good and some not so good.
