As first home buyers, Luke was fantastic to work with and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and always took the time to answer our never ending questions. Just a genuine down to earth guy and we couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks Luke.

Luke has been informative and so helpful every step of the way. Not only is he incredibly friendly, he has gone above and beyond for us during this whole process, taking the time to explain things if we didn’t already know. We have not had a single issue during this whole process as Luke has been on top of everything.

Robbie and Luke were super-easy to deal with. They clearly understood the local market and how our property was positioned in terms of achievable sale price and timeframe - both of which exceeded our expectations. Their guidance with regards to how we should best prepare the home for sale was exactly what we felt was best too - it was comforting to see that our views on what we should do were aligned in this way. Furthermore, as we were located 3 hours from the property, their "whole of team" approach to supporting us as we prepared the home for sale was invaluable. We relied on them in various (sometimes unexpected) ways and nothing was too much trouble. They also took the initiative at times in ways that we hadn't anticipated but were very thoughtful and helpful. We trusted them to act in our best interests and they delivered in full! Overall, we are deeply grateful that we chose such a professional crew to manage our sale, and wouldn't hesitate to list with the team at Belle Property North Richmond again.

We had a great experience with Luke O’Hare from Belle property in Windsor. He communicated with us on a regular basis and gave us clear updates on our open house days.
