Once again, Belle Property, Hope Island has met our property requirements superbly. Firstly, it was with the sale of our property in Oxenford, a few months ago, with Vanessa Pope. Secondly, it is with the purchase of a property in Hope Island which we are so excited about! In this case, it is the expertise of Sally O'Neill to the fore. This was no mean feat as we had looked at, either online or in person, hundreds of properties scattered over the Gold Coast during the previous six months or so. A chance meeting with Sally at an open-house led to a conversation which, in turn, led to her presenting to us the property we subsequently bought. It was not even listed for sale at that point in time! Sally's knowledge of the market and contacts made that possible. Since we signed the Contract on the property Sally has continued to work with us to facilitate a smooth transition to our new home. Nothing is too much trouble, no question too trivial to answer and she has been prompt in her responses. She has also acted as a go-between for us and the vendors, as well as offering access to the services of, for example, tradespeople we may wish to use in the future. I can't recommend Sally too highly.

Sally has an excellent style that effectively connects with both the buyer and the seller. For example, we didn't end up buying with Sally a few years ago because the house we ended up liking was with a different agent. But when we came to sell we immediately remembered her and wanted to work with her. We interviewed a bunch of agents but thankfully settled on the right one. All estate agents "talk to the talk" to one degree or another, but I was very happy to see Sally is definitely capable of executing that beautifuly and certainly can "walk the walk". If we were to buy/sell again I would definitely be phoning Sally straight away. Highly recommended. Her sales partner Andrew was also very professional, accommodating and diligent. Excellent team led by Sally. Ultimately we are very happy with the result and efficient process. Look no further than Sally O'Neil.
