We were very happy with both agents who sold our house. Sally and Andrew proved that their marketing approach works. Sally spent quite a lot of time giving our family ideas on how to declutter and make our home look its best for sale. Andrew gave up his own time to bring our buyers back to learn about the plants and wildlife on our property. I would describe both Sally and Andrew as exceptional.

I cannot recommend the Sally O'Neill team enough. From the initial meet requirements to getting through to settlement the experience and expertise is priceless. I am in the building industry and thought I was pretty savvy with the market. I found it very rare when my agent told me the figure I was looking for was to small and the market at the moment could achieve a better result. In doubt, I let them market and photograph etc…and left it all in their capable hands. The result was something I would never imagine, and the way they kept me in the sale and guided me to stay strong to achieve the result I did, is absolutely astonishing. I had a difficult purchase with other properties being sold and getting finance. Sally just continued to guide me through the whole process. Was very understanding and supportive when things got difficult on my side, and even assisted me with aspects out side of what was expected of her.
