Thank you so much to Daniel and the team at belle property. This was the first house I have sold, which was my parent’s house that had been lived in for 50 years and wasn't well maintained. Daniel walked me through everything step by step and provided very clear instructions on what I needed to do. Daniel also provided local contacts for contractors to complete any works that needed to be done to bring the house up to sale standard, which took the stress out of the process. This included but not limited to, painters, pressure cleaner, landscaper, cleaner etc. Daniel was very professional, efficient and always contactable. The whole process from start to finish went flawlessly including the sales price estimate and final auction price, which when for $100,000.00 above reserve. I would recommend Daniel and his team to anyone looking to sell a house.
