My wife and I just want to say how much we have appreciated the effort that Sonja has put into selling our house. From that first meeting she put us at ease and we felt that we should choose her as our agent. Nothing has been too much trouble for her, and she has been available at all times and kept us fully informed at every stage of the sale. We were never left wondering, all was explained to us, which was important as we were selling our home of almost thirty years ! Sonja impressed us with her calm approach and sense of humour. Her expertise during open house days was much appreciated, as were her suggestions regarding using a local conveyancing company. We feel that she definitely exceeded our expectations, and it was a pleasure to have her as our estate agent at a time when life is not at it's most relaxing.
