My property sales experience has been really interesting as the COVID19 situation just started to unfold a couple of weeks after the property was put on the market. Regardless Sonja made it very easy and peaceful through her on-time and clear communication, aiding with previous cases, providing options. Towards the end of the sale the govt. authorities put restriction on open houses, only inspection was allowed through appointment, which was in my case bit tedious having a tenant in the property. Sonja took the time and made the effort to contact the tenant and arranged for each and every potential buyers inspections. At the end despite the COVID19 situation the sale met my expected target, which is an excellent outcome. I am very happy.
