Brendan & Rania were great, couldn’t fault their service. The only negative thing is the advertising costs are rather high. Although I had an offer quite quickly- it was not from the advertising as far as I am aware. As soon as an offer had been accepted by myself (5 days after initial advertisement) it dropped to the bottom of the listings. Just because I had accepted an offer I think it should have still been at least near the top if the listings.

Brendan was lovely and very helpful during the entire process of enquiring about the property right through to the auction and sale. He gave us a lot of information and helpful tips which made us feel comfortable and like we were genuinely being looked after, which has not been the case with other real estates. Brendan and Rachel made it a very easy process for us, even though being first home buyers during this crazy time in the housing market was extremely nerve racking, they did everything they could to make sure we were well looked after.
