Joshua was an excellent help for the sale of our house, which undoubtedly without his help would have been quite stressful. He provided additional supporting recommendations such as removal and house styling services which made the preparatory phase prior to putting the house on the market a lot more manageable. Once the house was on the market, the timely communications was excellent. The proactive communications helped to allow us sufficient time to make the very important decision.
