My wife & I have had the pleasure of dealing with Darren & Nicole for many years either through selling property or property management. The team at Belle Property Wollongong are the best in the business and they were our first & only choice for the sale of our property. Thank you to Darren & Nicole for achieving a great sale price at auction.

Darren was great and communicated clearly what was needed and explained the timings. I understand this time of year is very slow and with Covid complicating matters even further, but Darren's service was fantastic and the whole process couldn't have gone more seamlessly.

Darren Kay is very good at his job. He informed us of developments as they unfolded and allowed us to make the necessary decisions free of any pressure. Darren listened to us and could understand our position. I'm sure he conveyed pertinent information to the vendors. He was instrumental in putting us in contact with the legal profession in Wollongong who facilitated the purchase process in record time.

Agent was helpful and communicated information in a timely way which assisted us to ultimately reach a successful outcome with the vendors.

A very smooth process all round. Darren and his team covered what was necessary to present our home well, and to deal efficiently with the enquiries and offers that came in. Thank you!

We felt very well supported by the agent & his team throughout the process. We appreciated the advice given by other staff regarding preparing our home and in recommending concierge. The photoshoot was very well organised and smooth. After our home was put on the market, our agent was very professional and communicated clearly with us regularly.
