Ms Wendy Brennan and Ms Loretta Nelson of Belle Property Vincentia did a wonderful job to prepare, advertise and sell my property at auction in Vincentia in May 2022. From the first meeting, I was convinced that Wendy and Loretta would not only ‘work for’ me, but ‘with me’ to achieve the very best sales result possible. In fact, the sales result exceeded my expectations, yet was spot on as to what Wendy and Loretta estimated! Throughout the 8 weeks leading to the successful auction, I fully appreciated their advice and understanding at how stressful selling a house can be. It’s also worth mentioning Wendy’s choice of sub-contractors for publicity photography (Nathan), carpet cleaning (Quinton), and window cleaning (Lyndon).
