Negotiated With A Minimum of Fuss
Neil has a knowledge of the local market which helped us to negotiate the property purchase with a minimum of fuss. Even though the process was a little drawn out due to circumstances beyond Neil's control he was able to keep us informed along the way. We found this very helpful in then knowing what was expected of us at each point of the sale.

Working with Neil was a pleasurable experience. Neil's obvious experience shone out over others .
Recently my 84 year old mother decided to downsize from her Swansea heads home of over 20 years. Finding an agent that she felt comfortable with to handle the sale was important to us. After speaking to a few local agents and then Neil the choice for her was easily made . The fact that he seemed to be achieving good results with other similar homes in the area made it obvious that he was her choice.
