Neil was the most professional and pleasant agent at all times. We considered several other agents in our area before selecting Neil, and know that we made the right choice! His assessment of the market, selling strategy, and the way in which he carried out the successful marketing of our property was exemplary. We also have friends who have purchased properties through Neil, and they hold him in the same high regard. We would not hesitate in choosing Neil to represent us again!

Recently my 84 year old mother decided to downsize from her Swansea heads home of over 20 years. Finding an agent that she felt comfortable with to handle the sale was important to us. After speaking to a few local agents and then Neil the choice for her was easily made . The fact that he seemed to be achieving good results with other similar homes in the area made it obvious that he was her choice. Neil has a confident supportive approach without being pushy He was respectful in taking his time to keep mum informed all the way through which helped her ease into her new house comfortably. Thankyou Neil from myself and the rest of the family for your help Based on our experience we are happy to recommend you to anyone looking for a good agent to work with. Thanks Again Best Regards Grahame Graf

We chose Neil to list our property as he had intimate knowledge of our area. With the market ever changing due to Covid 19, open houses and buyer's expectations in securing a bargain left us a little disheartened during the sale period. We were on the market for a considerable time but with Neil's persistence we soon had a number of interested parties. Neil negotiated a sale with one of the interested parties, achieving an acceptable price and allowing us to now move on to our next project.

Neil has extensive knowledge of the local area, of houses and the market. He provided both positive and realistic advice - as the case may be -, and other helpful information. I found him personable and refreshingly not into sales pitches, with no dissembling. Neil was always quick to assist, both before and after my 10% deposit was paid. A genuine find for buyers or sellers - and I spent many many months looking for a home.
