I had several conversations with another local agent but it just wasn't a good fit. I knew of Belle Property from Sydney and did an online request for a valuation. Neil got in touch right away with a very tailored and personal response (not just a generic pro forma) and from the get-go it just clicked. He was super responsive and I also valued his knowledge, experience and honesty. Neil completely led and managed the process - marketing to further afield buyers, doing super new drone photography and having a clear pricing strategy. He completely understood how special our block was and who it would appeal to. A block hadn't resold in our estate for over a year so I had pretty realistic expectations. Within the first day of hitting the market Neil called me to report on the interest he had and by the end of the first week we had three interested parties. Throughout all the negotiations Neil was in constant contact with me and was always on the front-foot. We sold the property so quickly and we are really happy with the price. It was honestly such a pleasure to deal with Neil and I absolutely, 100% recommend him. His experience, commitment and transparency were outstanding.
