Cat was so much help for me throughout the entire process. She gave good advice on what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale, and then talked me through how a recommended price range is arrived at. She also helped me to understand the value of an auction when the "unquantifiable" aspects such as a Mountains view are part of the package. My whole experience with Cat was positive in the extreme.
