Catriona was very friendly and helpful and our experience looking for a new home was a pleasure dealing with her. I would have no hesitation in contacting her and Belle Property again should we ever be selling and moving on. We sold our house last year with Belle and bought our new home will Belle and every connection was positive. I cannot say that about other experiences we have had with some agents in the Blue Mountains to the point I would advise friends to stay clear of them, not the case with Belle Property. Thank you.

We have bought and sold properties with Matthew Grima before and chose to go with Belle again as we trust Matts frank and friendly approach. He's not afraid of having difficult conversations that help with the selling process. We feel he really knows the market in Leura and felt safe and looked after. His team has expanded since we last needed the services of a real estate agent, but this didn't make for an impersonal experience. We bought our property with Belle through the difficult process of a Trustee and Guardian. Belle were up-front about the timing and other issues we may face so, while the process wasn't easy, it was as predicted and expected. Communication is key in this process and we received both professional and regular contact from Matt Grima as we would hope from a managing agent. In addition we were fortunate to encounter Paris Bennett at an open home arranged especially for us and a later inspection similarly arranged. His demeanour, honesty and follow up was brilliant and we hope he continues in the industry.
