She has also been really helpful in regards to accessing the building and pest report, and which tradespeople would be available locally. Kim is one of the best Agents in the Blue Mountains, she made the whole experience, which is normally so stressful, stress free - she is so professional, our property in Hartley was slightly different to what she was used to but she jumped right in and we sold in 10 days...
